Happy birthday to my love I have experienced my happiest moments in life by being with you! With all that you deal with physically you are still able to support and provide for us.. Getting me through school, always there to comfort or talk me through any of life’s challenges, cheering me on, covering me in prayer and ultimately loving me for ME! I never would of thought YOU existed but I’m soo blessed to have u in my life and celebrate another year with u love you always! @xdaxtruthx

Red Sauce:
1 large red onion, diced
1/2 green & 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1 TBS oregano
1 tsp salt
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
30-32oz can kidney beans
14 ounce can diced tomatoes (no salt added preferred)
2tbs of nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy flavor find it at whole-foods)
28 ounce can tomato sauce (Del Destino Ratatouille Sauce preferred it has eggplant, zucchini in it which adds such a rich flavor)

Ricotta:
Dairy Free “better than cheese ricotta” by Tofutt
**Mix in 1/2 bunch of fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Lasagna Noodles:
Tinkyada brand GF - 10 ounce package
(Purchased @ Whole-foods)

The Preparation Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Set large pot of water to boil.
Follow package directions for cooking the lasagna noodles.

*Word to the wise, use the noodles you have to cook if possible….If you use the no-cook variety still soak in hot water for 10min or till they become a little softer..

First step:Saute onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and garlic in olive oil until soft over medium-high heat, approximately 8 minutes.

Next add meat, brown it then add seasonings and cook together for 10min

Next add sauces, kidney beans and tomatoes turn mix all together and then turn heat down and allow to simmer till ready to layer

**Layer a few spoonfuls of red sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Spoon some cream ricotta sauce in there too and mix it around to create a nice nonstick surface for the first layer of lasagna noodles.

**Layer #1 of noodles. And they might break apart but that is normal for rice noodle. They do not perform like normal wheat noodles. They break apart all too easily. But hey, no one will know the difference once it’s all baked together in a fantastic casserole of Italian goodness.

**Next a layer of cream sauce. Use approximately 1 cup’s worth here. Spread it around

**Add And another layer of meat sauce….continue prev steps till you get to the top.

**End with a nice thick layer of cream sauce with the remaining meat sauce placed carefully on top.

**Cover with tin foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take the cover off and bake another 5 minutes

KNOWING GOD’S WILL IS NOT ENOUGH

Luke 1:34, “Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?”

LUKE 1:26-38

Contrast Mary’s question and Gabriel’s response with the question that Zacharias asked Gabriel and the response that he received (Luke 1:18-20). You will find the questions are similar but the responses are totally different.

Both Mary and Zacharias asked how these miracles would occur but it is evident that Mary was asking “how” in faith while Zacharias was asking “how” in unbelief. It is a clear Bible teaching that unbelief doesn’t please God (Heb. 11:6), but the Lord doesn’t mind us questioning Him for the purpose of instruction so we can cooperate with His will in our lives.

Abram knew that it was God’s will for him to have a son but Abram and Sarai came up with their own plan which caused them and the world much grief (Gen. 16:1-6). Abram would have avoided many problems if he had asked the Lord how He was going to accomplish this miraculous event.

If Mary had not questioned this angel, she might have reasoned that Jesus would be born through the natural union of her and Joseph. This would have been a grave mistake. It would have disqualified her from being used.

It’s not enough just to know God’s will. We need to continue to seek the Lord until we know God’s plan for accomplishing that will. -Andrew Womack Ministries
